1. September 2007 - Debt refinancing of the Phoenix Coyotes and Jobing.com Arena on behalf of owner Jerry Moyes.
   

St. Louis Blues (NHL)

1. June 2006 - Sale of the St. Louis Blues and Savvis Center Arena for $153mm.
   

Joseph S. Lacob

1. January 2006 - Potential acquisition of a major professional sports team.  Mr. Lacob joined the Boston Celtics (NBA) ownership group and Board of Directors.
   

SMG & Oklahoma City Mayor’s Office

1. September 2005 - Advisory with respect to attracting a major professional sports team to the Ford Center arena. Resulted in the temporary relocation of the New Orleans Hornets (NBA) to the Ford Center for the 2005-06 and 2006-07 seasons after hurricane Katrina.
   

Proposed Acquisition of the National Hockey League (NHL)

1. March 2005 - Developed the innovative plan and raised $4.5 billion of debt and equity capital for the acquisition of all 30 NHL teams. Invited by Commissioner Bettman to the March 1, 2005 NHL Board of Governors meeting to present the offer.
   

Los Angeles Dodgers (MLB)

1. February 2004 - Investment banking services on behalf of Frank H. McCourt, Jr. with respect to the acquisition of the Los Angeles Dodgers of MLB, Dodger Stadium, and related assets for $430mm. Game Plan previously represented Mr. McCourt in connection with the potential acquisition of the Boston Red Sox (MLB) and Anaheim Angels (MLB).
   

Ottawa Senators (NHL)

1. August 2003 - Sale of the Ottawa Senators to Eugene Melnyk.
   

Portland Baseball Group

1. August 2003 - Attract a Major League Baseball (MLB) team to Portland, Oregon and succeeded in structuring $150mm of state financing for a new ballpark.
   

Boston Celtics (NBA)

1. December 2002 - Investment banking services on behalf of Irving and Wyc Grousbeck with respect to the acquisition of the Boston Celtics of the NBA for $360mm and post-closing investment banking & valuation services.
   

Montreal Canadiens (NHL)

1. August 2001 - Arranged debt financing on behalf of George N. Gillett, Jr. in connection with his acquisition of the Montreal Canadiens and Molson Centre Arena.
   

Oakland Athletics (MLB)

1. January 2000 - Hired by the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Authority to sell the Oakland A’s. Game Plan identified and completed a purchase agreement with a buyer for $122.4mm subject to Major League Baseball approval.
   

Pittsburgh Penguins (NHL)

1. May 1997 - Sale of 50% of the team to Roger Marino, EMC co-founder, and negotiation of a new lease agreement with SMG, the arena operator.
   

New England Revolution (MLS)

1. October 1995 - Executive Coordinator of the successful bid to bring MLS to Boston, Massachusetts on behalf of Robert Kraft and the Kraft family.
